production and delivery
Every item is made or prepared specifically for your order. Please allow up to two weeks for production and delivery. If an unusual delay affects your order, we’ll contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
made-to-order sales
Made-to-order products are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, an incorrectly selected shirt size, or incorrect customer-supplied shipping information. Please review apparel sizing and order details before checkout.
damage, defects, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, contains a production defect, or does not match what you ordered, we’ll review the issue and replace the affected item when the problem is confirmed.
reporting a problem
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@dreamsarelonely.com. Include your Stripe receipt or order number, a description of the problem, the affected quantity, and clear photos. Keep the item and its packaging until we finish reviewing the issue.
normal production variation
Small differences can occur between screens, garments, materials, printed colors, and production runs. These normal variations are not defects. Other concerns are reviewed individually, and any refund or alternative resolution is offered at our discretion.
